Where Do You Live?
The Azusa Police Department is committed to proactive, community-focused policing. To better serve neighborhoods across the city, we’ve divided Azusa into three Service Area Commands—each led by a dedicated lieutenant. These lieutenants are your go-to contact for persistent issues, vacation check requests, questions about local activity, or commendations for officers.

SAC 1 – South Azusa
SAC 1 covers the southern portion of Azusa and includes the area:
- South of First Street
- North of Arrow Highway
- West of Barranca Avenue
- East of Irwindale Avenue
This portion of Azusa is primarily residential with some isolated commercial and industrial zones. Schools within SAC 1 include:
- Gladstone Street Elementary School
- Magnolia Elementary School
- Clifford Murray Elementary School
- Paramount Elementary School
- Valleydale Elementary School
Parks located in SAC 1 include:
- Gladstone Park
- Zacatecas Park

SAC 2 – West Azusa
SAC 2 covers the western portion of the city and includes:
- North of First Street
- East of Irwindale Avenue
- West of Dalton Avenue
- South of Rainbow Ranch
This area is mostly residential with some commercial and industrial areas. Schools in SAC 2 include:
- Henry Dalton Elementary School
- Victor Hodge Elementary School
- Mountain View Elementary School
- Slauson Middle School
Local parks and recreation spaces in SAC 2 include:
- Azusa Bike Trail Head
- Canyon Park
- Edwards Park
- Memorial Park Recreation Center
- Northside Park
- San Gabriel Canyon Gateway Center
- Veteran’s Freedom Park

SAC 3 covers the eastern portion of Azusa and includes:

- South of the city limit line in the mountains
- East of Dalton Avenue
This section is primarily residential, with schools such as:

- Azusa Pacific University
- Center Middle School
- Charles Lee Elementary School
- Foothill Middle School
- Henry Dalton Elementary School
- W.R. Powell Elementary School
